Telugu Desam Party MP Kesineni Nani need not have a special introduction as he owns Kesineni Travels which is one of the largest private travel organization across the Telugu speaking states. He called his business a quit after controversies surrounded his travel operations. Nani has been discussing it with his family members and close aides as he was not interested his business to have an impact on his political career.
Few days ago Nani ran into controversy with alleged manhandling of transport commissioner N Balasubrahmanyam and his gunman recently during an argument over alleged illegal permits granted to his business rival Orange Travels. It was AP CM Chandra Babu Naidu who called Nani after which he apologized the Transport Commissioner. Kesineni made an official announcement today calling it a quit. 170 buses owned by Kesineni Nani are set for sale and all the offices will remain shut down from today.
