Pawan Kalyan's direct question to Opposition leader Y.S. Jagan

Janasena chief Pavan Kalyan, currently on tour in Vijayawada, is patiently listening to the problems being brought to him. He interacted with medical students who had lost their seats in Fatima College and assured them that he would support them as a student leader. After this, he heard the plight of contract electricity department workers, who were paid a salary of just Rs 6000 per month.

A visibly shaken Pavan Kalyan commented that a problem affecting 23000 workers could not be solved using the media as an airing board. He said that the right forum to discuss such important issues and find solutions to them was the Legislative Assembly. Here, he criticised the conduct of the YSR Congress party. He said that a principal opposition party should be representing the people in the Assembly and utilise the valuable opportunity presented to them, instead of roaming around the state. He questioned the wisdom of the idea that problems could not be solved unless a person became the CM, directly criticising Jagan’s behaviour.
