Social media handles are the new platforms for hate speeches and abuses. And in order to curb these issues, the micro-blogging site Twitter came up with a new safety calendar that tells about the upcoming changes to the company's rules towards these issues.
Enjoying nearly 328 million users across the globe, Twitter has rolled out a new safety calendar also includes information on how it communicates with people who violate the rules and how its enforcement process works.
In the official blog post, Twitter said, "As we said last week, we’re updating our approach to make Twitter a safer place. This won’t be a quick or easy fix, but we’re committed to getting it right."
The post added, "Starting today, you can expect regular, real-time updates about our progress."
