On Tuesday, the Parliament has united against Pakistan for announcing death sentence to former Indian naval officer Kulbhushan Jadhav. Also, India issued a stern warning to Pakistan. External Affairs Minister of India, Sushma Swaraj said, "I would caution the Pakistan government to consider the consequences for our bilateral relationship if they proceed on this matter."
Home Minister Rajnath Singh said that the government will do everything possible to get justice for Kulbhushan. The external affairs minister warned Pakistan that India would treat his execution as 'pre-meditated murder'.
Ms Swaraj said, "Let me state clearly that the government and the people of this country would view very seriously the possibility that an innocent Indian citizen was facing the death sentence in Pakistan without due process and in violation of basic norms of law, justice and international relations".
