The police have solved the murder mystery in which a 24-year-old Pranay Kumar was brutally killed in a broad daylight in front of his wife Amrutha. The incident took place in Telangana’s Miryalguda on Friday. As suspected, the police have taken the girl’s father and brother.
Shockingly, the girl’s father had admitted that he hired a contract killer for Rs 10 lakhs to kill his son-in-law as he married his daughter against his wish. According to the sources, Pranay belonged to a Dalit Christian family… the Mala caste (a lower caste), while Amrutha is of the Vaishya caste (an upper caste).
After realizing that their marriage would not be approved by family members, the couple had eloped. They got married at the Arya Samaj in Hyderabad, in January 2018.
An irked Amrutha’s father has finally decided to kill Pranay and hired the contract killer. He admitted before the police that it’s the honor that comes before than anything else for him. He also said that he told he was ready to go to jail and committed this crime. The Nalgonda SP Ranganath said will reveal more details about the case soon.
