Nara Lokesh, the IT and Panchayat Raj minister of Andhra Pradesh who was often criticized for the lack of leadership skills and fumbling during the speech, has, however, something to cheer about. He has been selected for ‘Digital Leader Of the Year’ award for implementing modern and digital technology in the implementation of schemes taken up by Panchayat Raj and Rural Development departments.
Nara Lokesh name was finalized for the award under Swatch Sarvekshan programmes launched by the union government. This award will be presented to Lokesh at Business World Digital India Summit to be held on May 18 in New Delhi.
