Senior leader of YCP Ambati Rambabu said today that the No Confidence motion against the BJP government in the Centre would only be admitted if it had the support of 54 MPs. He pointed out that Pawan Kalyan had incorrectly said that one MP was enough to introduce the motion, and that the Parliament would take it up immediately.
Ambati also objected to the statement Pawan Kalyan made in a press conference on Monday, declaring that he was accepting Jagan’s challenge. Ambati clarified that Jagan had not issued a challenge at all, and this could be confirmed by simply listening to his statement again. Other YCP leaders too are criticising Pawan’s behaviour at the press conference. His swift exit from the conference area, even as the members of the press were asking questions, came in for many satirical remarks.
