Despite all the preventive measures to contain the spread of novel Corona, Telangana has been recording a roll of positive cases raising concerns. Hyderabad on Wednesday registered it 41st positive case with two new cases-a three-year-old boy and 43-year-old woman contracting the viral infection.
According to the health authorities, the toddler who had a travel history to Saudi Arabia have had close contact with an infected family member while the woman was registered as a community transfer case. Reportedly, the patients are currently receiving treatment at the local Gandhi Hospital. The health bulletin released stated that their condition is currently stable.
With community transmission triggering in the capital city, the government has intensified the measures to control the spread. Officials have quarantined all the family, friend and neighbours who are on in close contact to the positive cases registered so far. Meanwhile, tensions ran high on Wednesday with the hostlers and students crowded at the local police stations for a signed copy to leave to their home town. Toll gates were seen crowed as the Andhra Pradesh officials refused to allow the people entering the state.
