Ever since Mega Star Chiranjeevi made his comeback with ‘Sye Raa’, his son, actor Ram Charan has been the one busy person who took up the additional responsibility as a producer. Though the film left bitter results at the box-office, Ram Charan decided to get on board long with Niranjan Reddy for ‘Acharya’.
However, speculation grew over the stake of Konidela Productions while the other production house Matinee Entertainments recently issued a clarification that both the makers would enjoy an equal share in profits. Seems like the speculation left Ram Charan in trouble as the recent rumour taking serious rounds in Film Nagar strengthened it.
Sources have that apart from Chiranjeevi’s remuneration, Charan’s Konidela Production will not enjoy any profits from the project. Further, it was learnt that Koratala Siva and Matinee Entertainments are currently closing the theatrical and non-theatrical deals while Charan has already passed the production responsibilities to Niranjan Reddy.
Grapevine has it that Charan also backed off from ‘Vedhalam’ project after he brought the remake rights and Chiranjeevi is also in talks with Anil Sunkara.
