Amidst the ongoing rumours about the health of Samantha, after the actress joined a private hospital last night, the actress’ manager Mahendra on Monday issued a clarification. Stating that Sam is completely fine and is taking rest at home, Mahindra urged the fans to not believe the rumours about her health.
“She is healthy. Since she had some cough yesterday, she got herself tested at a hospital. Samantha is currently at home, taking rest. Please don’t believe in the rumours,” the official statement said. Rumours triggered after the actress was spotted at the check-up at AIG hospital, Gachibowli.
Samantha reportedly developed a cough as she has been travelling much for the past few weeks. Some rumours have suggested that the ‘Shaakuntalam’ actress may have contracted coronavirus. However, the recent statement has cleared the rumours.
