The Supreme Court issued key orders in the Adani-Hindenburg case, which created a sensation across the country. The Center has directed the Center and SEBI to express their views on this matter. The bench headed by the CJI asked SEBI to respond to this by the 13th of this month.

Advocate Vishal Tiwari has filed a petition seeking an investigation under the supervision of a retired judge of the Supreme Court on the Hindenburg Report on the Adani Group. Advocate ML Sharma filed another PIL in a similar manner.
