Bachchan fans heaved a sigh of relief with the Bahu Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Aaradhya Bachchan on Monday were discharged from Nanavati Hospital after testing negative for coronavirus.
After a 10-day treatment for the viral infection, the duo has reached the residence while legendary actor Amitabh and his son Abhishek are still undergoing treatment.
Thank you all for your continued prayers and good wishes. Indebted forever. 🙏🏽
Aishwarya and Aaradhya have thankfully tested negative and have been discharged from the hospital. They will now be at home. My father and I remain in hospital under the care of the medical staff.

Confirming the same, Abhishek took to his official Twitter account to drop the news. “Aishwarya and Aaradhya have thankfully tested negative and have been discharged from the hospital. My father and I remain in hospital under the care of the medical staff,” read his tweet.
Amidst the constant false alarms over the family’s health, the actors were seen sharing regular updates on their well-being. It is to the known knowledge that Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, 46, and her daughter tested positive a day after her husband Abhishek and father-in-law Amitabh Bachchan.
Though the actress and Aaradhya were announced to be under home isolation at the Bachchan residence ‘Jalsa’, they were shifted to hospital on July 17, a day after Amitabh and Abhishek Bachchan were hospitalised. However, Jaya Bachchan tested negative for the virus.
