Ongole: Politics in Ongole are in full throttle lately with the re-entry of Raavi Ramanathambabu into YSRCP. This move from the ruling party has kicked up a big debate, as it is being speculated as a strategy to restrain DR. Daggubati Venkateswara Rao. Welcoming back Raavi Ramanathambabu, who bid adios to YSRCP right before the elections is now bringing new troubles for the senior leader and his son Hitesh who are now taking care of party activities in Ongole. As per the sources, Daggubati and Co had no idea about Raavi’s comeback and is upset with the happenings.
It is a well-known fact that Ramanathambabu, the then district in-charge has hopped to TDP gushing over the party high command for not preferring him over Daggubati. On this note, his wish to come back and high command’s nod for this has raised speculations that this move is to limit Daggibati as a second fiddle in the district. Rumors are rife that Minister Balineni Srinivasa Reddy, leader Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy, and Bapatla MP Nandigam Suresh played a crucial role in this re-entry.
While few of the political analysts are speculating that Daggubati will join BJP, which is curiously waiting to welcome seniors leaders. We have to wait and see what is in stock for the senior leader and his son.
