Ever since Megastar Chiranjeevi met with the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Jagan in October, there has been an unnoticed buzz over the star hero making his political re-entry with YSRCP. The speculations took an interesting turn with the party Chief meeting the BJP supremo Modi on Wednesday. Sources revealed that YSRCP high command is in plans to send Chiranjeevi to Rajya Sabha and that the latter has already held talks with all crucial ministers over the same.
Megastar stirred up the buzz with his statements supporting the controversial three capital proposal made by Jagan government. Followed by a secluded meeting with Jagan, Megastar discursively confirmed the rumours over joining YSRCP. If the rumours from the Tadepalli camp office corridors are to be believed, Jagan and his team have successfully persuaded Chiru to accept the Rajya Sabha ticket from YSRCP.
Jagan’s decisions have discursively helped Pawan gaining mileage. In a move to gain the Kapu community vote bank, Chiranjeevi’s support to the ruling party will only be the nearest strategy which also seems to get a nod from Chiru. Adding strength to the speculations, four leaders representing Andhra Pradesh in Rajya Sabha are retiring on April 9.
Upon which the Central Election Commission is likely to issue a notification by the end of February. With YSRCP holding 151 seats in Assembly, chances are high that the party would get those four seats. Trusted sources from YSRCP revealed that the supremo assigned one of these four seats to Chiranjeevi. However, an official announcement is yet to be from either end.
