The huge public meeting organized by Amaravati farmers Tirupati upon completion of the 500 Kms ‘Maha Padayatra’ (rally) which they have named ‘Nyayasthanam (high court) to Devastham (Tirumala temple) has turned a success. The meeting which was held with the clearance from High Court permission had the attendance of all the opposition parties.
Making the speculations true, Telugu Desam Party (TDP) President and former Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu attended the meeting along with CPI leader K. Narayana, and many other Congress, Jana Sena, BJP leaders. YSRCP’s rebel MP Raghurama Krishnam Raju also had attendance at the farmers’ meeting.

while supporting decentralization of administration, representatives of all the parties unilaterally supported Amaravati as the sole capital. The parties also faulted the ruling YSRC’s attempt to paint the capital beneficiaries as belonging to a particular community and said Amaravati belonged to the people of all castes, religions and regions.
It can be noted that the farmers moved the high court with the district administration of Chittoor denied permission to farmers to hold the public meeting.
