If there is one YSRCP leader who was badly hit by Jagan’s ‘three capital’ proposal, Mangalagiri MLA Alla Rama Krishna would be the right one to state. The leader who went missing for the few days after the Chief Minister made his proposal, however, came back to media saying that he was busy with his nephew’s marriage. While the farmers from Mangalagiri filed a missing complaint in the local police station stating that their MLA went missing, the YSRCP MLA brushed off the complaint on a serious note. Instead he stirred the hornets nest breathing fire on the farmers for zeroing in on him. In a recent revelation, RK hit the controversy button yet again with his sensational comments on the Amaravati farmers.
In an interview with a news channel, RK found fault with the farmers and stated that there is nothing like sacrifice from farmers end. “They just did trading with the then government. It is unfortunate that they are portraying it as a sacrifice. They didn’t give their lands for free. How can we call it a sacrifice then?” he added. These comments further triggered the fuming farmers who have been protesting against the government’s move from the past few days. while the opposition leaders condemned the statements, a section of political analysts opined that new troubles are on the way for the YSRCP leader!
