A key meeting of Telangana BJP leaders with Union Home Minister Amit Shah has concluded. The meeting was held at the residence of National President JP Nadda. The meeting started at 12 noon and lasted for about 3 hours. Bandi Sanjay, Laxman, Etala, Vijayashanti, DK Aruna, Komati Reddy Rajagopal Reddy, Garikapati, Vivek, Jitender Reddy, Ponguleti Sudhakar Reddy, Dharmapuri Arvind, and others participated in this meeting.
Amit Shah and JP Nadda gave them key direction in Telangana in view of the assembly elections to be held at the end of this year. Amit Shah discussed the party’s preparations for the elections with the state leaders. In this meeting, Amit Shah mainly discussed Mission 90 and election plans with the state leaders. It is reported that JP Nadda and Amit Shah have instructed them on what steps to take to bring the BJP to power in the state.
After the meeting, Ponguleti Sudhakar Reddy told the media that only organizational issues of the party were discussed. In the background of upcoming elections in the state, they discussed what steps should be taken in terms of the party. He said that there should be programs towards bringing the party’s election symbol to every home with the slogan ‘Har Ghar Kamal’ in particular.
It was clarified that there was no discussion on the change of the state president in this meeting. Also, to the question of whether Delhi Liquor Policy was discussed, he said that the law will do its work. Nizamabad MP Arvind responded by saying that BJP is a very big party and they discussed the matter of forming the government in Telangana.
