SKOCH Groups which is known for its ranking and various awards on Tuesday conferred AP Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy with ‘CM Of The Year’ Award. According to the group, various initiatives taken up by the state government to respond to Covid-19 and implementation of 123 projects across the state are taken into consideration for narrowing down to Jagan as the best CM this year.
While a year-long study of the state governance went into the ranking, Sameer Kochhar, Chairman, SKOCH Group stated that the implementation of YSR Rythu Bharosa Kendra for village level procurement at a pre-announced MSP and YSR Cheyutha Scheme focuses on economic empowerment of middle-aged women played a crucial role in awarding the Young CM.
However, what turned interesting is the SKOCH chairman himself visited Jagan’s residence in Undavalli. Soon after the conferring the award, internet flooded with criticising over Sameer Kochhar ignoring factors like economic impact, salaries, pension payments and financial crisis.
