The current Telangana state politics is entirely going around the minor girl incident that took place in Hyderabad city’s Amnesia Pub. Another case has been registered against Dubba MLA Raghunandan Rao for allegedly leaking the girl’s details to the media.
The Telangana Women and Transgender Organizations Joint Action Committee lodged a complaint at the Abids police station. They demanded that legal action be taken against the MLA who exposed the videos of the minor girl in front of the media.
PW Sandhya asked the police to register a case against MLA Raghunandan Rao under Section Pokso 2012 Act. She also questioned whether the MLA who governs a constituency was aware of the fact that it is a crime to expose the photos of a minor girl.
MLA Raghunandan Rao has released videos and photos related to the recent incident on a minor girl in Hyderabad. A case has already been registered against him for allegedly leaking details of the accused in this context and another case has been registered recently.
