With RTC strike, Metro has become the immediate alternative available for the Hyderabad citizen and to everyone’s shock, the Metro in the city witnessed another mishap. Not many days after the unfortunate death of Mounika at the Ameerpet metro station, another incident raised doubts over the safety while travelling with Metro. This time it was the cabin door of the metro train which broke and fell down. Into the story, the cabin on the top of the door fell on passengers while the metro train is passing through the LB Nagar- Miyapur metro track near the Khairatabad metro station. This startled the passengers in the metro who got down in the next station. The metro authorities who claimed to deploy a special safety department in the city, has, however, ignored the maintenance of the metro with are now jam-packed due to the RTC strike.
