Hyderabad: With the recent meetings, the Chief Ministers of the Telugu states has made it clear that they would extend mutual support for the welfare of respective states, and seems like they are walking their talk. The employees of a state’s largest public-sector organization are on strike to meet their legitimate demands, and the government of the neighbouring state is trying to evade it.
While the TSRTC strike is on full hit, retaining about 10,000 buses to the depots, APSRTC has come to the rescue of Telangana state government in a shocking move. APSTRC has reportedly sent about thousand of the state buses to various depots in Telangana which are running services from Saturday’s afternoon. Apart from the deployed 2,100 private buses, T government is now running the buses from APSRTC. Nagendra Prasad, RTC RM has confronted that large number of buses are being sent to Telangana to mitigate the inconvenience faced by citizens during the festive season. Trusted sources revealed that not less than 100 buses were sent from Krishna district alone. On the other hand, union leaders, drivers and conductors who are on the strike gushed over the move taken by the Andhra Pradesh government.
