The political dynamics in the state of Telangana are taking an interesting step with each passing day. Especially since the day, Chief Minister KCR made those sensational comments on re-instating a new constitution, to him skipping the protocols and not welcoming the Prime Minister giving some unexpected excuses about being ill. While there is huge speculation stating that KCR and PM Modi are in fact on the same side, and simply playing it out in a different way to split votes for the upcoming elections, on the other hand, both KCR and KTR are seen openly criticizing the Prime Minister on the budget allocation.
Contrary to the conduct of TRS leaders against the center and PM Narendra Modi, their friends- the likes of Chinnajiyar and Rameshwar Rao are having polarizing views. As of now, it can be said that the position of Telangana politics is revolving around Prime Minister Modi’s visit to the state. An open dialogue war between TRS and BJP is going on media, roads, and even on social media handles like Twitter. Adding salt to the wounds, Congress is playing its part.
While all this is going on, another surprising thing was revealed during the event of unveiling the idol of Ramanujacharya. It is popularly known that KCR, Chinjiyar, and Maihom Rameshwara Rao are quite a team, we are also aware of the fact that Rameshwara Rao in fact takes blessings of Chinnajiyar Swamy before attending any event or taking any step. With all this being seen and believed, we have seen a different side of both of them with the way they behave and get along with the Prime Minister.
Political analysts assume that Chinnajiyar and Rameshwar Rao are secretly supporting BJP and Modi, while some say that KTR made them behave so, just to cause confusion to everyone else. KTR recently tweeted about Prime Minister inaugurating the statue, stating that “irony would also die a hundred times over, seeing the man of discrimination unveil the statue of equality”. This tweet drew quite traction among the political fraternity.
On the other hand, Chinnajiyar compared PM Modi to Lord Rama, mentioning that the PM shares some similar qualities with the god himself.
While the event was hosted at the Chinjiyar Ashram, Rameshwara Rao personally took care of everything by himself. Political Pundits assume that both of them are KCR’s men, and their behavior is strategically planned and executed. They further believe that Chinnajiyar made those comments to appraise the image and impression of PM Modi in the state. There is also suspicion that KCR planned it so to popularize the statue inauguration event and draw attention.
Days before the event, KCR personally inspected the place and did immediate changes to the ashram. He was curious about the PM’s visit but confusingly dropped out of it at the last minute. Political observers are anticipating the reaction of Chinnajiyar and Rameshwara Rao to KCR and KTR’s bold comments on PM Modi. The whole silence is only indicating that further drama is brewing behind and what is it will be revealed soon.
