The second-day session of the Andhra Pradesh assembly started off with heated arguments over the AP decentralisation Bill. With the TDP leaders strongly opposing the bill, the assembly turned to warfield with the speaker losing his cool. Adding fuel to the debate, the speaker called for an inquiry into insider trading which resulted in TDP leader reaching to the speaker’s podium raising objection over his comments. With the arguments slipping out hands and the TDP leaders raising slogans against repelling CRDA, speaker Tammeneni Sitaram suspended 17 TDP members from the AP Assembly.
Finance Minister Buggena Rajendranath introduced the suspension resolution alleging that the opposition leaders are deliberately creating chaos in the assembly sessions. Achannaidu, Karanam Balaram, Adireddy Bhavani, Buchayya Chaudhary, Chinarajappa, Venkatareddy Naidu, Vasupalli Ganesh, Payyavala Keshav, Gadde Rammohan, Eluri Sambashivarao, Jogeshwara Rao, Velagapudi Ramakrishnababu, Nimmala Ramanaidu, Manthena Ramaraju, Gottipati Ravi, Anagani Satyaprasad, Bala Veeranjayanasamy are amongst the list of leader who got suspended from the Tuesday’s session.
