BJP state president Bandi Sanjay, who is fighting on the side of job seekers and teachers to revive Jivo 317, is also debating the government on the issue of unemployment. Recently, the Telangana government was questioned regarding teacher posts.
Bandi demanded that the 44,000 vacant teacher posts be filled immediately. Failure to replace these posts will weaken the education system. He said that Telangana was ranked 18th in the field of education.
Sanjay said 7 lakh unemployed people who have completed BED, DED, Pandit training, and PET are in despair. He questioned the availability of teachers who will teach lessons to the students. He said the youth were frustrated that TET tests had not been conducted for the past five years. Sanjay explained that there are thousands of vacancies in minority and aided organizations. They demanded that the vacant posts be filled on a war footing and that education be protected. He assured that the BJP would continue to fight on behalf of the unemployed.
