“Despite the scorching sun and heatwaves, he is making his way onto the communities of commoners. Uniting the people, letting them know that his journey is alongside the people of Telangana in the rough times”, BJP State President Bandi Sanjay is maintaining such an attitude. He is carrying forward his tireless Praja Sangrama yatra listening to the problems of the people at every step. Sanjay has been reassuring the people that he is going to listen to their problems, fight for solutions and reassure them of a bright future.
As part of the 14th-day padayatra, the yatra was held from Obulapur to Kollur via Chinna Porla, Mallepally Gate, and Edavalli Gate till noon on Wednesday. Bandi went on meeting people along the way and asking about their problems. In the middle of the path, women, children, and youth were greeted warmly. He also inquired about the support of the elderly, and further he stepped forward inquiring about the well-being of women.
The women, who were going to work stepped out of an auto and spoke with Sanjay. He halted for a bit and interacted with the women, asking, “Is the employment money coming in properly? Did they open a Jan Dhan account? Is the Ujwala Yojana scheme being implemented?” He explained to them the efforts being made by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s government for the welfare of the poor and security of life. “Be a little careful in the sun!” Sanjay told an old woman.
Sanjay boarded the RTC bus on the way and greeted the passengers. He inquired about the difficulties faced by the passengers due to the recent hikes in the RTC bus fares. With the increase in RTC fares, the people expressed anger due to the burden caused by KCR. The driver was asked if there were any problems with the RTC. He assured the driver that if the BJP comes to power, the party will work for the welfare of the RTC employees.
In the middle of the road, Bandi met the farmers who were doing farm work and interacted with them. He inquired about the problems of the farmers and spoke about the greatness of the farmers in the country. He commented that there is no possibility of changing the lives of the farmers under the KCR regime. During the interaction, Bandi criticized the government for not providing farmers a compensation despite the losses they are facing. “Let’s get rid of the anarchic TRS, just like the way we pluck out weeds in the farmlands,” said Bandi Sanjay.
