Success doesn’t come easy, and if it is about winning a World Championship, one has to bring the hells down to clutch the gold. Indian shuttler PV Sindhu’s commitment and hardworking has not only made the country proud but has stood as an inspiration for many aspiring shuttlers in the country. Anand Mahindra who never failed to win social media with his tweets filled with wit and motivation now says that he was exhausted just by watching Sindhu’s intense training. Stating it as ‘brutal’ Anand took to his official Twitter account to share the training sessions of the 24-year-old which left the country speechless. The one-minute-long video featured Sindhu lifting weights, practising lunges and many other forms of resistance training with her coach training at the Suchitra Badminton Academy in Hyderabad. Mahindra wrote, “Brutal. I’m exhausted just watching this. But now there’s no mystery about why she’s the World Champ. A whole generation of budding Indian sportspersons will follow her lead & not shrink from the commitment required to get to the top…” PV Sindhu became the first Indian to win the Badminton World Championships on Sunday, beating Japan’s Nozomi Okuhara.
