Realty companies these days have mastered the art of cheating people. Some stories of betraying people through pre-launches are almost theatrical. Their target is people who are always busy with work. Their investors are people who are active on social media. Advances are collected by interested parties. The noise over Kokapet
8 acres in survey numbers 302 and 303 of Puppalaguda are using the name of Kokapet. 240 survey no. has been allocated in the revenue range there. When you say Puppalaguda, you get a suspicion that it is the land of Kandishikas. So, any landmark is being used anyway. They claim that they have legal documents from 1954. Even then, they are paying up to two crores per month in the form of interest.
