Seems like the asserts disputes around former TDP minister Bhuma Akhila Priya will not end anytime soon. Months after Sivarami Reddy, a native of Kondapur lodged a complaint in Allagadda rural police station over a stake in the crush, the young leader was stuck in another asserts case. But this time it is her own brother Jagath Vikyath Reddy who files a case against his sister. Alleging that his sisters Akhilapriya and Mounika Reddy grabbed his share of land, the younger brother Jagat Vikyat Reddy moved to court on a land dispute in Hyderabad. A case was filed in court on the 14th of this month and the notices were sent to respondents regarding the case.
Into the story, late Bhuma Shoba Reddy owned 1,000 square yards of land in Gandipet of Rajendranagar mandal, Ranga Reddy district under survey number 190, 192 / A, 92 / B under Plot No. 9 and Plot No. 20. Post the death of Shoba reddy in an accident, the land was sold in 2016 for Rs 2 crores. Back then, all the three legal heirs of Shoba Reddy gave their consent as Akhila and Monica signed and minor Vikyath Reddy gave a thumbprint. Now, with passing time, the value the land exponentially increased. Stating that he was minor back then, Vikyath Reddy sought justice for the allotment filing cases against present landowners S Sudhakar Reddi (Rajendra Nagar), Ms Haritha Venkata Chemala (Rajendranagar), Subbarayala Prapulla Chand Returi (Hyderabad), Mrs Preveela Ranggolla (West Godavari), Sayyadethesyamhussen.
