Crime Bureau, Tolivelugu: The court will hold a hearing where the crime takes place. It is called the jurisdiction of the court. In civil cases, the trial of the case continues in the jurisdiction where the victims are. If they think that no injustice has been done there, they will go to the higher courts on appeal. But it is very rare to go to a court that is not related to where you want a verdict. But this has become a habit for King Pin of illegal activities -Megha and their followers. Now they are being accused of getting the verdicts without even letting the other side of the party do their arguments.
Megha goes to Khammam regarding the issue with Media
There have been several reports that Megha has spent a lot of money on the marriage of IAS officer Rajat Kumar’s daughter. Not only that but the Tolivelugu Crime Bureau’s exclusive stories revealed that they were involved in a number of irregularities. On social media and mainstream media, there was a lot of news in the papers.
Megha has filed an original suit petition with the first session judge of Khammam district against 30 media outlets for writing news against them. Stating that they saw the news while they were in Khammam, they appealed for an inquiry there in the local court. In this regard, the Khammam court issued orders on OS8F 2022 without giving any notice to all the defendants and hearing their arguments. Proponents of her case have been working to make the actual transcript of this statement available online. Owners of newspapers and channels have appealed against the verdict which was given without hearing their arguments. They organized a round table meeting at the Somajiguda Press Club and cracked down on mega looting in Telangana being an Andhra Company. V6 Velugu Magazine has filed a petition in the High Court seeking a quashing of the injunction order issued by the Khammam Court. The court then overturned the verdict thinking that it was completely intending to be against the Press Freedom. Journalists are happy that the High Court has given a bashing response to Megha Krishnareddy. It is alleged that Megha tried getting a verdict in their favor to avoid media outlets writing anything about them or revealing any of the inside issues they were committing against the law. They stated that the company should instead file a defemation case, but not try to shut down the media’s voice.
The same about the attempt to seize NRI Medical College
Cases have been registered against 18 directors for allegedly trying to take over a Rs 2,000 crore worth of college for a price of Rs 200 crore. They were accused of looting a humongous of money from the COVID patients. While the trial was going on in the court, some goons showed up to seize the college in Chinna Kakani, Guntur district. People holding the positions as the directors were the local representatives of Megha. The purchase should be legal but here too the judgments came from the unrelated courts.
No to Andhra High Court! Seeking for the Delhi High Court
As the controversy escalated, some of the directors of NRI College went to the Arbitrator’s Tribunal. There, orders were issued to hold a hearing with retired High Court Judge Justice Devendra Gupta. He stated that the situation must be investigated from all angles and a special administrative officer should be appointed. With this, retired DGP Mandava Vishnuvardhan Rao has been appointed as a special officer. The petition was filed in the Delhi High Court, not the Andhra High Court. The Delhi High Court has ruled that the status quo should be maintained. However, the Special Officer has already taken over the responsibilities. The GPA holder appealed to the vacation bench in the Vijayawada District Court that the arbitral tribunal had ruled unanimously. But the Delhi court on May 19 ordered the status quo to be maintained, while on May 23 the Noojiveedu court agreed with the petitioner’s argument. Another category of directors has filed a special leave petition in the Supreme Court alleging that jurisdiction is where the jurisdiction lies and that judgments are being given by unrelated courts without at least knowing how the trial is going.
He objected to the act of not respecting the Andhra High Court and going to Delhi. The High court argued that the Machilipatnam and Noojivedu courts should not investigate High Court’s ruling. Following this, the apex court, Justice Maheshwari and Justice Kohli issued directions suspending the judgment of the Delhi High Court.
Vigilance increasing surveillance over court rulings?
Vigilance works under the auspices of the High Court to increase the credibility of the judiciary. Information that focuses on making judgments, even if it is not within their purview. Judgments rendered by unrelated courts are calculated without even considering the judgments of the higher courts, which do not determine whether they are eligible for the trial. There have been complaints that some have misled the courts and inflicted severe damage on the defendants with those verdicts.
