The accident on Biodiversity Junction flyover which killed a pedestrian is taking interesting turns with a series of jolts to Hyderabad police. While the case is still juggling between the car owner Kalvakuntla Milan Rao and the Hyderabad police in the High court, the later got a shock on Thursday. The High Court has questioned the Rayadurgam police as to how section 304 (2) was imposed on the person who had done an accident. Postponing the court hearing to January 1, the High Court issued necessary orders to not arrest Milan until then. A red Volkswagen bearing the number TS09 EW 5659 which lost control apparently due to overspeed fell off the flyover. Upon preliminary investigation, it was known that car losing its control at the deep curve of the flyover was the main reason behind the accident.
Meanwhile, allegations are rife that the structural design has had some last-minute changes in favour of one of the real estate businessman. This drew flak from the public who demanded the government to take immediate measures and to come with a permanent solution. However, Hyderabad police are trying hard to hide the bare reality upon which they faced the flare of High Court.
