Hyderabad: Raising their voice against the atrocities on the journalists, media JAC leaders are gathering the support from the political parties in the state over the arrest of media legend Ravi Prakash. They stated that the media, termed as the fourth estate in democracy has now become a puppet in the hands of leaders which made them to revolt back. As a part of this, the media JAC leaders called on Telangana BJP state president, K. Laxman to discuss the prevailing issues in state journalism. Post the meeting Laxman assured the leaders that BJP would stand with them in the fight. He also condemned the illegal arrest of Raviprakash and the government’s approach towards the journalists.
