They demanded that steps must be taken to hold an inquiry with the CBI against the TRS regime.
After the meeting with the Governor, Raghunandan Rao spoke to the media. He said that the government killings in the state and police behavior have been reported to the governor. He also added that the opposition leaders are often tortured in the name of counseling, and the reason behind requesting a CBI inquiry is because of the lack of trust in the state police as they often seem to be openly lenient towards the TRS party.
Ramachandra Rao expressed his anger against the ruling party -TRS, for taking advantage of being in power and abusing the opposition leaders. Police have been accused of playing an audience role despite TRS attacks on the BJP party members.
