While the Bollywood seems to be on a roll of South Indian film remakes, another handsome hulk is now eyeing on a Tamil content oriented movie. It is to the known knowledge that Reliance Entertainments has acquired the remake rights of Karthi starrer ‘Khaidi’ while the cast and crew are yet to be announced. According to the Bollywood sources, Bollywood’s Greek God Hrithik Roshan was said to be keen on grabbing the chance. It was also rumoured that Reliance Entertainment joined hands with original producers Dream Warrior Pictures to bankroll the project who are now inclined towards teaming up with Hrithik.
Karthi’s recent release stood as one of the best performances in his career who ported the character of a prisoner out on parole in a search for his lost daughter. No doubt it would be a challenging role for Hrithik. However, the actor seems to be on performance-oriented movies track which was quite evident from his last release ‘Super 30’. After his multi-starrer ‘War’ with Tiger Shroff, Hrithik did not sign any movie and is reportedly waiting for a right script.
