Security was beefed up at YRSCP bombshell minister Kodali Nani’s residence while tensions prevailed with the Bomb Squad conducted inspections at the residence of Gudivada Rajendranagar.
In the wake of the attack on transport minister Perni Nani, anti-Bomb Squad personnel with the help of a sniper dog carried inspections at the minister’s residence.
Metal detector and digital scanners have been set up and security has been beefed up at the residence of the minister following an assassination attempt on the minister’s name on the 29th of last month.

To recall, a man named Badugu Nageswara Rao, who barged into minister’s house had pretended to fall on the minister’s legs, pulled out the weapon and tried to attack the minister.
The security personnel and party supporters at the premises stopped the man who was later arrested. The incident took a political hue with the party leaders alleging that Nageswara Rao is a TDP activist. Police are reportedly investigating the issue.
