India is tightening its grip over Eastern Ladakh area in the recent past. Currently the situation is slowly but steadily returning to normalcy in India-China border areas. In a pleasant surprise move, the Indian Army personnel have started working on their fitness by playing different games and enjoying. The news is that for now the Indian Army soldiers have played cricket in Eastern Ladakh area!
The Indian Army has released these cricket related pictures through social media and they have instantly become viral! It was announced that at the highest peak of Patiala Brigade Trishul Division under zero degree temperatures, the match was organized. According to the Army statement, the soldiers have played very enthusiastically under these testing conditions and proved that they are making impossible things also possible.
Meanwhile, in New Delhi, as part of the G 20 Foreign Ministers’ conference, there was a meeting between our External Affairs Minister S Jai Shankar and his Chinese counterpart Qin Gang. The Indian Army has released these pictures on conclusion of the meeting of the leaders of both the nations. However, the exact location where the cricket match was played was not disclosed. It is generally believed that the match might have been played at an area, which may be around two kilometers from the place where the Galwan incident has happened a couple of years back.
