Tolivelugu Crime Bureau: So far, Tolivelugu is the first to bring to light 26 land encroachment stories that were aggressively happening under the name of Phoenix. On January 18, the news was published under the name- ‘100 crore bait and 350 crore returns’. With all the controversy surrounding the situation, AP Gems and Jewelers legally cleared everything and submitted the Green Co. through Phoenix. The controversy flared up again when 2 acres of land at No. 10, Banjara Hills Road was converted into a 2 lakh square feet building. Prior to the settlement with CIRP, the plan was laid out by ACE URBAN Limited, a Green Co Sister company. Even though the property was attached by the E.D in 2018, they managed to acquire it through a bankruptcy redressal process. However, it was found that there was a vacant lot on another half-acre of land which was named after several people through fake documents. They are all borrowers from the bank. This suggests a planned attack at once to win over the land.

A case was filed at the Police station where it was mentioned that over 80 goons attacked them with knives in the middle of the Banjara Hills road at the midnight. It is reported that 62 people were arrested and taken into remand. It is quite startling to see that 2 of the accused tricked the cops and ran out of the police station. TG Venkatesh along with his brother was involved in this act. Sources reveal that Vishwaprasad brought 80 men from Adhoni and tried to seize the land.
Green Co. called for settlement?
Green Co. has hired security guards legally for half an acre of land. All those who believed that the land belongs to them already made up their mind. But with the presence of the security guards, they felt cornered and hired goons to oust the guards and seize the land. The whole situation which has to be sorted legally is now involving goons and It looks quite ridiculous seeing the corporates fighting over the land in these unexpected ways.
