The Hyderabad CBI Special Court’s orders on Friday came as a hard hit to the Chief Minister Jagan. In the line of the orders issued, the young leader who has been facing allegations over disproportionate asserts and is on bail have no alternative but to himself appear before the CBI Special Court without fail from January 24. While Jagan filed a plea petition to take up five of his 11 cases simultaneously, the court dismissed the plea giving a tough time for the YSRCP supremo. Sources revealed that the court expressed anguish over the CM for not personally appearing before the court today despite repeated warnings. According to the court orders, 11 CBI cases will be taken up for hearings separately from next Friday.
