Hyderabad: Lanka Dinakar, BJP spokesperson for Andhra Pradesh unit has alleged that YSRCP government of misusing the central funds sanctioned to the state. In a statement, the BJP leader has accused the state government has used the funds sanctioned under the Centre’s Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan scheme for painting the local government schools with YSRCP party colours. He had also shared the picture of a school at Kotalaparru village in Achanta Assembly Constituency, West Godavari District which was painted in the party colours. Objecting the move of doing the same on Village secretariats, Lanka Dinakar said that the Andhra government should use funds for better infrastructure and quality in rural education for underprivileged students rather than waste the public money of government exchequer to propagate political parties. He then condemned the usage of government machinery like the police for party propaganda.
