New Delhi: Marking the 150 birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi on October 2 this year, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has hosted an interactive session at his residence in New Delhi on Saturday. On this occasion, Modi has launched his new initiative ‘Change Within’ amidst the Bollywood and television biggies. A video based on Gandhi’s life, teachings and values featuring stars like Shah Rukh, Aamir, Salman, Alia, Kangana etc directed by Rajkumar Hirani was played in the session.

“Spreading the thoughts of Mahatma Gandhi through cinema, ensuring more youngsters are well-acquainted with the ideals of Gandhi Ji… We exchanged thoughts on a wide range of subjects,” PM Modi said.

On this note, the social media flooded with photos and videos from the event posted by the celebrities who attended the event. The selfie clicked by Jacqueline Fernandez which has Kangana, Ekta Kapoor took Twitter to a storm of late.
However, the event drew flak from the South Indian Cinema for not giving a chance to represent their respective states. Apart from producer Dil Raju and few other Kannada stars, there is no big representation from South Indian Cinema.
