Crime Bureau, Tolivelugu: Megha Krishna Reddy’s illicit activities are coming out one by one. The Supreme Court has been agitated by Megha’s occupation of canals in Telangana and colleges in Kaleswaram AP. Upholding the decision given by the arbitrator tribunal in the past, it vested all powers in the special authority. With this, Megha is lost in ambiguity with the fear of its illegal activities coming out. The Supreme Court was furious over the batch that threatened for three months.
What actually happened?
In 2017, with the game plan and the strategies they have, Megha thought of unethically acquiring the college valued at 2000 crores for a mere 200 crores. Cases were made against them for not listening to the government. As a solution, the tribunal appointed former DGP Jharkhand Mandava Vishnuvardhan Rao as a special officer. But Megha’s team started taking action against the officer as they want things to happen as they wished. For questioning the business style of the two employees, there was a lot of fuss at the hands of the media. Moreover, criminal cases were filed against that honest officer. The judgment that the job was removed was brought from the unrelated Vijayawada District Court and not from the Labor Court. Even though he was an officer in name, he was not allowed to work even for a single day. In the case of college lands, the irregularities of funds and catch withdraws have been shown in many ways. They pretended to have created miracles by obtaining judgments from unrelated courts. But it was purely done as per their convenience. The Supreme Court after observing everything has given a crucial verdict. A bench comprising of Justice Nazir and Maheshwari concluded that henceforth all powers rest with a special officer.
Brokers yielding the real power and aggression!
There is no denial in saying that one must have a limit over greed. But Megha has been behaving completely otherwise. Lingamaneni Ramesh said that he would give thousands of crores of college for hundreds of crores and tied it to the old arrears for 170 crores. They made plans on buying the 30 directors with cash and power in illegal ways. His advocate Somu Krishnamurthy was also joined as a director and appointed as the secretary of the committee. With this, 18 NRIs on one side and Megha’s batch of 12 on the other side were made. All the people of Megha looked after their own interests. Apparao joined as director. Subbaiah, who was the director of Megha, had to take care of Polavaram, and as both his daughter and son-in-law are doctors, he decided to send them here. And Lingamaneni has benefited more than everyone else. 450 crores have been paid in the name of these college settlements. It is said that in the past, they thought of giving it to the college, sent the funds abroad, and finally handed them over to Megha, and got huge illegal benefits from the college and Megha.
The political parties are being deceived into believing what he has said to be true. Apparao has become bold in making illegal cases. 14 crores were settled on his 25 acres of land. The land purchased in the name of the society got legal rights after getting the GPA done and the college money was stolen. But Megha was completely lost in the court and in the crowd. It is reported that the college students and doctors are getting angry at the anarchy of Megha’s team asking why they behave so harshly against everyone for the sake of money and power.
The Never-ending saga of Conspiracies
At this point, they were trying so hard to split the 18 directors. To accomplish this they tried to buy them off and initiate conflicts amongst themselves. Bargaining started with Pinnamaneni Ramakrishna. But they remained united, and all the 18 NRIs worked to solve the conspiracy architected by Megha.

A medical college that is expected to progress calmly is somehow facing the atmosphere of war with each passing day. Things have been manipulated and now they are facing criminal cases. Altogether, they are degrading the reputation of the college in oublic. The employees who have endured all these years celebrated the verdict on Wednesday. They are craving for a honest officer who could lead them towards development. Employees are of the opinion that the retired DGP’s two sons are also IPS and are full of values. They claim that IPS Mahanthi grew up in Telangana and MV Rao in Jharkhand. They still want to accept the verdict and create a good environment for the college.
