While the whole world including the leading ones like the U.S. blamed China where the novel coronavirus allegedly originated, Chinese scientists are brought a new argument which shocked the medical community.
According to the claims made by the country’s scientists, he coronavirus originated in India in July-August 2019. It was alleged that the viral infection originated in India between May-June when the animals and humans are forced to share the same water sources.
The Chinese media from the past few days rang with constant reports stating that consignment of fish from India, were found to have traces of the COVID-19.
When asked about the same in a recent media briefing, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Zhao Lijian argued that though China was the first to report coronavirus but doesn’t necessarily mean China is where the virus originated.
This argument came close on the heels of World Health Organisation (WHO) team reaching to China to investigate the origin of the virus is due to arrive in China.
