Comedy King Brahmanandam who is going through a rough patch in his film career shocked everyone with his appearance at the election campaign rally of a BJP leader. Adding strength to the speculations that he would soon join BJP, the star comedian has joined the rally with Dr Sudhakar, BJP candidate contesting from Chikkaballapur constituency in Karnataka. Sources stated that Brahmanandam would participate in various other election campaigns for the next three days in the constituencies like Baagepalli, Gauribidanuru and Chikkaballapur which are located on the border of Andhra Pradesh which have a good number of Telugu speaking people.
Into details, Election Commission has recently announced the by-elections for about 16 assembly constituencies in Karnataka scheduled to held soon. While Brahmanandam is impressing the locals with his own mark of jokes and political punches, a few of the political analysts opined that the star comedian would soon join the BJP bandwagon following his fellow actors like Kota Srinivas Rao and Mohanbabu. However, Brahmanandam snubbed the rumours stating that his campaigning has no other significance. “I came to support my friend and to see him win,” he stated.
