Munugodu, Telangana’s By-elections are heating up. While the party is conducting extensive campaigns for any party, they are blasting the opponents. CPM State Secretary Tammineni Veerabhadram has recently expressed anger against Telangana Ministers KTR and Jagadish Reddy as part of this by-election. In the latest incident, he spoke to the media, and both KTR and Jagadish Reddy were questioned. Communist parties have announced their support to the ruling party TRS in the Munugodu by-elections. As the Communists have significant voting power, the TRS and Congress parties are trying to form an alliance with them. But in the current situation, TRS can defeat BJP. That’s why CPI and CPM declared their support to the TRS Party.
However, Tammineni Veerabhadram faulted the comments made by Ministers KTR and Jagadish Reddy regarding the Munugodu by-elections. He expressed his displeasure over the comments made by Ministers KTR and Jagadish Reddy. Will you withdraw from the by-election if I give Rs.18 thousand crore funds? Tammineni asked. Thammineni Veera Bharam said that if funds are given, there will be a feeling of looseness with the BJP.
‘Weakness’ can be seen in words,” he said. He expressed his impatience that we are getting it seriously wrong. We think that Jagadish Reddy meant something. KTR also said that it is not right to say such words. Will you change your attitude if given funds? Tammineni objected. And the Left parties together. He said that a joint meeting was held to work. He clarified that we will work together in the next election as well. He said that we do not have the feeling that we should meet with TRS. But we will take a decision based on the situation at that time.
On the other hand, CPM Telangana Chief Kudrapuzalu and Manu Dharmam said, “Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy had committed many atrocities against the communists, and BJP has started changing history. That’s all KCR does- pujas and yagas. But not like BJP,” Tammineni made sensational allegations that Rajagopal Reddy had illicit relations with the BJP while he was still in the Congress party. He is cheering for the TRS candidate. While campaigning in support of them, the comrades are wrong about their comments that cross the line. CPM and CPI leaders are also campaigning extensively in the Munugodu by-elections along with TRS.
