Vijaya Devakonda turned into the youth sensation and heartthrob to the Telugu youth while the ‘Arjun Reddy’ actor turned to Bollywood for his next. Teaming up with star director Puri Jagannadh and Bollywood actress Ananya Pandey, Puri’s next flick ‘Fighter’ grabbed quite an attention. However, the Corona lockdown put the shooting on halt.
While all the actors from all the industries queued up in lending their helping hand to the PM CARES relief fund, the Rowdy Boy remained tightlipped. Rumours floated that the actor is completely out of money as he spent crores on his new home in Hyderabad. A few of the fans openly questioned the star hero while he chose to stay away even from social media. The actor, however, chose to break the silence with a tweet.
In his post through Twitter, the Devarakonda has urged fans to use homemade masks and continue to remain safe at home. “My loves, hope you are all staying safe. Cloth face covering will help the slow disease spread. Leave the medical masks for doctors and instead, use a handkerchief, use a scarf or your mom’s chunni. Cover your face, stay safe. #MaskIndia,” the actor wrote.

Pinned with a picture of him covering his nose and mouth with a mask made out of handkerchief, Vijay can be seen in a chiselled and carved biceps. However, this fizzled out the film fraternity who anticipated a contribution to the relief fund.
