With the Indian government officially confirming two Coronavirus positive cases in India, tensions prevailed in Delhi and Telangana where the patients are being treated in isolation ward. With 24-year-old Hyderabadi reportedly travelling in a local bus in Bangalore, both the Karnataka and Telangana governments traced out a total of 88 individuals who apparently came into contact with the affected.
Instructions were already passed to all the 88 individuals to remain in the home quarantine for the next 14 days, while the high alert was announced in Telangana-Karnataka border districts Raichur and Gulbarga in Karnataka. In a recent revelation, reports from the Telangana government revealed that 36 of the 88 people who came into contact with the Hyderabadi patient are showing certain symptoms of COVID-19. Rumours also have it that the blood samples of the 24-year-old colleague of the infected tested positive.
While the blood samples of all the suspend are sent for confirmation, officials, however, showing symptoms doesn’t necessarily mean that they were infected and stated that chances are high that they might turn negative to tests. Meanwhile, many of the tech companies in Hyderabad announced that they would remain shut until the virus will be contained.
