Hours after donating big to aid the battle against the COVID-19 pandemic Mr & Mrs King Khan won the hearts of many with yet another timely deed. Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan and his wife Gauri have offered their four-storied personal office space to Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), to be utilised as a quarantine facility for women, children and the elderly.
Sharing the news, BMC took to the social media to thank the couple for their generous act. “Indeed a thoughtful & timely gesture! #AnythingForMumbai #NaToCorona,” read the post.

While Gauri has been running ‘Gauri Khan Designs’, a big-end interior designing house, the couple established the film production and distribution company Red Chillies Entertainment. Gauri and Shahrukh collectively ha committed to contributing to the PM-Cares Fund through his IPL franchise Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and to the Maharashtra CM’s Relief Fund through Red Chillies Entertainment.
