Hours after the Kerala government confirmed the second Coronavirus case on Sunday, India now has three confirmed cases of the deadly virus that has claimed over 360 people in China. As per the reports from the Kerala Health Minister KK Shailaja on Monday, a person who had a history of travelling to China’s Wuhan tested positive increasing the infected toll in the country to three.
The case was registered at Kanjangad District Hospital in Kasaragod while the samples sent tested positive on Monday. The hospital authorities confirmed that the patient is under treatment and the condition is stable. After the National Health Commission confirmed the first case, the Indian government has suspended online visa facility for China.
