The leaders are saying goodbye to the Congress party. While Rajagopal has already resigned, Dasoju Shravan has recently announced his resignation. He made it clear that he is resigning from the primary membership and party positions. When it was known that Shravan was leaving the Congress party, Kodanda Reddy and Mahesh Kumar Goud went to his house to pacify him. Congress tried to persuade him to not leave the party. But Shravan did not listen to them. Later he held a media conference and announced his resignation.
Dasoju said that the arrogance of the elites is running in the Telangana Congress. He warned that this is against the tenets of the Congress party and that the BCs and SCs in Telangana will be alienated from the Congress. He criticized that their own party is weakening the Congress leaders and they are trying to take control of Congress with their own gang. After Revanth became the chief of PCC, caste and money became important and he expressed his concern that there is anarchy in the party.
Revanth, Manikkam Tagore, and strategist Sunil were accused of conniving. He was angry that false reports were being given in the name of surveys and that too false reports were being given to AICC against the questioners. He said that they are trying to make the Congress nameless in Telangana, they are portraying their faction leaders as strong leaders and others are being labeled as weak.
Shravan was angry that Revanth was acting as if he had taken a franchise from AICC. He was accused of running the party as if he was running some kind of mafia. It has been announced that Revanth will have L1, L2, and L3 darshans like Tirumala, hence saying goodbye to the party. Sravan contested from Khairatabad in the last election. Recently, Vijaya Reddy of TRS joined the Congress. There is a campaign going on that she will contest from Khairatabad in the next election. It is believed that Shravan expressed his anger at Revanth’s behavior and announced his resignation in this context.
