With Congress party almost fading away right from the campaigning phase, Delhi election has been a tug of war between Aam Aadmi Party(AAM) and Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP). While Arvind Kejriwal’s Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) is all on board seeking third term while the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) pinned their hopes to bank the edge of being in the ruling. On the other hand, BJP which has been waiting for almost 22 years to retain power in the capital, seems to be confident over the win under the guidance of master minds Modi-Shah.
However, exit poll results held by various portals and news channels have something exciting in store. Exit polls have unanimously predicted an AAP return in Delhi with most of them predicting 50-55 seats for the Arvind Kejriwal-led party in the 77-member assembly. While the party needs 36 seats to be able to form government in Delhi, victory seems to be inevitable for Arvind Kejriwal’s AAP.
