Hours after the Arvind Kejriwal-led government imposed a complete ban on public gathering, seminars and all sorts of sports events, the nation’s capital recorded the second Corona death in India. A 69-year-old woman who was tested positive for coronavirus on Thursday succumbed to the infection in Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital.
Confirming the news Health Ministry and Delhi government officials stated that the deceased woman conceived the viral infection from her son who had recently travelled to Japan, Geneva and Italy who is also getting treatment at RML hospital. Hospital authorities reported that the woman has already been suffering from age-related ailments like diabetes and hypertension. Meanwhile, the Delhi government stated that all necessary measurements are being taken up to contain the virus including contact tracing of confirmed cases.
